Weekend breakfasts are special at our house. It is a time when we are all home together and enjoy a wonderful cooked breakfast. Everyone is happy, well-rested, and ready to begin a great day.
My kids love breakfast foods, especially pancakes and waffles. However, I am always looking for new ideas to mix into our routine breakfast options. This recipe is fabulous! It is a type of pancake, but packs a much bigger protein punch.
Paired with fresh berries (and in our house a fresh fruit smoothie), it is a yummy and healthy breakfast!!
